Straub Jr. has 35 years Legal, Business, and Tax global expertise.  For the last thirty years he as worked as a General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for  various public  multinational companies based in the US, Canada, and Ireland with emphasis on managing business risks and compliance matters. Mr. Straub is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Gonzaga School of Law and a member of the Idaho and California Bar Associations. Carl was previously licensed as a CPA in the states of Washington and Alaska.
